J&k College Contractual Lecturers Requested LG Sinha To Enhance Their Salary.

The Jammu and Kashmir college contractual lecturers who served to Higher Education Department from many years. Almost Every year the Nodal college srinagar and Nodal College Jammu Shall Engage More Than  1500 Teachers on Academic Arrangement basis in the various colleges in the Jammu Kashmir UT. But The Department had never paid any  attention Towards these lecturers How these lecturers survive and Manage their families on very less salary which they are getting from decades. One of the lecturer said.

Besides A permanent Assistant gets near about 1 lakh per month salary when having the same nature of job. Similarly The Contractual Lecturers have been given only 28000 Per month which is entire violation of ugc Norms.

These lecturers wrote time to time to the concerned Department about the enhancement of Salary but the department giving them assurances from last two years but in the matter of fact nothing comes in black and white.

Now All the Lecturers Requested To Hon,ble Manoj Sinha and Hon,ble Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta to do personal intervene in this matter and resolve this long pending issues of these lecturers As soon as.
