PHD, NET, SET Qualified Candidates Resentment on New Education policy
The Recent proposal of SED To introduce the recruitment policy whereas made the Bachelor of Education BED as compulsory Qualification for the eligibility of lecturer 10+2 Posts In school education department. On this newly introducing policy had lead the controversy And the PHD , NET ,SET candidates carried out strong opposition about this policy they said this is the massive injustice for them , A PHD scholar spending 5 years in the research institution providing this policy to get implemented in the Education Department that will discourage individuals from pursuing PHD research.
In Contrast the candidates said that The SED introduced BED as compulsory qualification for Lecturers posts that leads to the exclusion of Individuals who have PHD and qualified NET, SET The scholars are disappointed regarding the individuals having lesser Qualification getting benefit from this policy and similarly Qualified candidates are excluded
