Alok Kumar Commissioner Secretary Education Department J&K Set An Example To Honour Court Orders
The Jammu and Kashmir Hon,ble Commissioner Secretary Alok Kumar set an example to honour court orders and provided Justice to employees. there are lot of court cases in some departments where officers are not implementing the court directions . but Hon,ble commissioner secretary both Higher and lower education department has set an example to obey court orders in school education department and provided justice to employees particularly the appointment of Govt teacher from 4/4/1988
All the college contractual lecturers welcome to this good step by honouring and obeying court directions the college contractual teachers who served to the Higher education department from last 10-15 years whom the Hon,ble High Court has granted status quo orders but unfortunately the department not implemented the court orders from 2021 onwards the college contractual teachers also requested to look into the matter and implement the court orders in Higher education department particularly in kashmir division in jammu division the department has already implemented court orders but in kashmir division similar lecturers are entirely ignored rather having repeatedly directions from Hon,ble Court
consequently this is the welcome step that DSEK issued the implementation order in respect of swp No.2064/ 2023 titled Sri krishna raina similarly the college contractual lecturers have same expectations upon you and are requesting and honour to you to implement court directions in Higher Education department and resume services of college contractual lecturers .
