The Jammu and kashmir service selection board declared the result of jkpsi and je notification yesterday before declaring this long pending result the jammu and kashmir service selection board has filled caveat application under section 148 A civil procedure code 1906 read with rule 26 of the jammu and kashmir high court rules 1999

The Caveators has reason to believe / apprehension that non caveators may file a writ petition or any other proceeding before the hon,ble court or any other competent court of law having jurisdiction on the grounds of distorted facts /misrepresentation and may succeed in obtaining any ex parte interim direction /stay order againist the result declared for the posts of sub inspector Home department and je jal shakti department vide notification no.jkssb-coeoexamut/54/2022-03 dated 03/11/2023 to the prejudice and at irreparable loss and inconvenience to the caveator . It would be proper that the caveators is given an opportunity of being heard by hon,ble court of jammu and kashmir and ladak / central administrative tribunal srinagar and jammu branch
