Big News | CAT Will Pronounce Final Judgement Of College Contractual Case Tomorrow
The Long Pending Case Of J&k College contractual Lecturers Titled Mukhtar Ahmad Vs Higher Education of J&k in the Cat Bench Srinagar. The court will pronounce its Final judgement tomorrow. This petition was earlier heard by Hon,ble High court after the establishment of Cat bench srinagar the similar petition got transferred to the Hon,ble Tribunal for decision the Court concluded its arguments on 28th March 2023 and reserved its order. Finally the court has listed this case tomorrow for final judgement.
