College Contractual Lecturers Appeal to Chief secretary Hon,ble Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta & Hon,ble Lt Governor To Resolve Their long pending Issue and Resume Their duties as per the Hon,ble High court directions

The Jammu and Kashmir college contractual Senior lecturers who served to the Higher education Department from last 10- 15 years Appeal to Hon,ble chief secretary Of jammu and Kashmir government to resolve the long pending issue of jammu and Kashmir college Contractual lecturers who had been granted the benefits of Status Quo by the Hon,ble High court of J&k

The Highly qualified teachers who served the department from last 10-15 years are confronting very intricate problems due to halt of their services in the department, It is to be said by one of the lecturer the department has implemented the status quo only in Jammu region not in kashmir region rather having same union territory it is massive injustice for those lecturers who were working in the Kashmir colleges .
The Hon,ble High Court had granted Status quo orders to many candidates in the department of Higher education and time to time the concerned department was directed by the court to maintain status quo till the case to be decided by the Hon,ble High court but unfortunately The Concerned Department only paid attention to jammu based candidates for the resumption of their duties time to time and Kashmir candidates were entirely ignored by the department

The College Contractual lecturers of Kashmir requested to the Hon,ble chief secretary Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta To intervene in this matter why department creates regionalism in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir by not resuming the services of college Contractual Teachers in kashmir. Rather having same Ut .The college Contractual teachers further said Many times they approached To Higher ups in the concerned Department in this regard but paid no attention on resolving this issue,
After Transferring the case from Hon,ble High Court to Central administrative Tribunal Srinagar The arguments of this case has already concluded in the Central administrative tribunal srinagar on March 28 the final judgment order is reserved possibly the order may get announced anytime by the Hon,ble Cat Bench Srinagar
The college lecturers Beseech to Hon,ble Lt. Governor and Hon,ble chief secretary Arun Kumar to intervene in this matter and resume the services of college lecturers till the case to be decided or announcement of final judgment by Hon,ble cat bench The similar directions had already been passed by tribunal in this regard.
