Short Description: The government of jammu and kashmir general administrative Department have issued various order to different department to refer all non gazetted posts to the jammu and kashmir sevice selection board for the recruitment .For the concurrence in Terms of government Order No.1136 GAD 0f 2018 dated 12-07-2018. in turn the finance department vide U.O No. FD code /85/2021-02-77 Dated 03-02-2022 has accorded concurrence subject to the following conditions.
1) The details of posts regarding the designation numbers, eligibility criteria and recruitment rules shall be checked by the concerned departments by a committe to be constituted by the general administrative department,with representatives from the finance department ,
2 ) Posts under the direct recruitment quota shall be advertised under s,o 192 dated 17-06-2022
3) The posts shall be available for referring under direct recruitment quota under relevant categories viz om,Rba sc/st etc.
Accordingly ,the undersigned are directed to request to refer all non gazzetted to the jammu and kashmir service selection board within a period of 4 days for making selection of suitable . the referral should be made in terms of jammu and kashmir probationer ( condition of service pay and allowance and fixation of tenure rules 2020 notified vide s.o 192 of 2020 and other terms and conditions as made applicable to such referrals from time to time .
