Today The Jammu and Kashmir Hon,ble High court has listed the long pending college contractual case in division bench court room No.1 coram Hon,ble chief justice and Hon,ble justice moksha khajuria There are some certain cases pending the high court pertains to college contractual teachers The Hon,ble court clubbed all the petitions for common decision. The Court has granted status quo in favour of the petitioners in 2018 and department was directed maintain status quo of the petitioners till the decision of the Honble High court thereafter the case has been transferred to the central administrative tribunal srinagar. The cat bench concluded the arguements and order was reserved on 28th march still not pronounced by the central administrative by the central administrative tribunal.There are other certain cases pertains to the candidates lying in the hon,ble high court Srinagar in division bench Thus the court has listed all theses cases today for Hearing The candidates are waiting for Justice .
