Jk College Contractual Teachers seek Implementation of Supreme Court order
The jammu and kashmir college contractural teachers seeks the implementation of court orders . Today a massive protest was upheld by the college contractural teachers and seeks justice . these teachers has given status quo order by the hon,ble high court of jammu and kashmir and the Higher education department were directed to maintain their postitions till the final decision of Top court. Later on when these service petitions has been transfered to CAT bench jammu after 2019 Onwards . These candidates said that The Higher education department not maintained their status Quo order . When CAT bench of jammu kept personal appearance To the higher officials of higher education department for framing contempt charges. the department filled a petition in supreme court for resolving the matter, Recently the supreme court disposed off the case On 2-05-2022 and directed the higher education department to continue their services till the matter to be decided in the CAT benches of jammu and kashmir .
Now The Deparment has implemented the supreme court order in jammu province only The lecturers who were working in the kashmir province are not to be engaged yet . two months has gone the higher department did not implement the supreme court order yet which is voilative in nature .
All the contractuals who were working on the status quo orders Requested to Higher education department and LG administration to resolve the matter at the earliest .
