Resolve the issue of Court Case Contractual Lecturers For Final
settlement
In terms of Order Dated 30th of May 2022, Passed by Hon,ble High
court of Jammu and kashmir ladak ut Principals of many colleges of
kashmir were called to be present personally in the Court hearing on 4-08-2022 regarding
the insubordination and defiance of court orders pertaining to the academic
arrangement candidates . In this regard the respondent No.1 Director colleges
of jammu and kashmir not appeared before the court .
In view of the above the court is left with no other option but to have recourse
to coercive method for securing the presence of respondent no.1 and therefore court
directed to registry to issue bailable warrants in the amount of rs.20000 to be
executed by the SSP Srinagar
Besides the principal secretary to the government of Jammu and kashmir Higher
Education Department was Directed to
address the issue for final settlement
pertaining to academic arrangement candidates in terms of order passed on 2nd
may 2022 by the Hon,ble supreme court of india in the proceeding arising out of the claim .
The current petition list again on 17th of August 2022 on which date the court on the examination of
the reply filled by the respondents to the show cause notice and with the
assistance of the learned counsel for the parties shall proceeded in the matter
in accordance with law . The officers were directed to be present in the next
date of hearing .
