Learned counsel for the petitioners invited attention of this court to order dated 20.2.2023 passed by a coordinate bench of this court in WP(C) 367/2023, and would pray for grant of similar relief in this petition on the premise that the controversy involved in the instant petition is identical. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice in the main as well as in CM returnable within a period of three weeks upon steps within one week. Meanwhile, subject to the objections and till next date before the bench, the impugned advertisement notice dated 11.2.2023 shall remain stayed qua the post held by the petitioners and further the respondents shall maintain status quo with respect to the posts held by the petitioners.
