J&K Higher Education Department Not Obeying Order of Supreme Court 250 College Contractual Suffer
In terms of Order Dated 02th of May 2022, Passed by Hon,ble Supreme court of India With Strong directions to the higher education department not to replace any contractual Teacher Who got status quo The Adhoc Contractual Teacher cannot replace Similar Nature of Candidate. Still 5 Months has gone the higher education department implemented the order in jammu province only but not in Kashmir. The college contractuals requested many times to higher ups for implementing the SC order but instead got only false assurance.
When Higher Education Department Not Implementing SC order The College Teachers Approached to High court In Robkar Case regarding the defiance of Hon,ble SC Order
In view of the above the court is left with no other option but to have recourse to coercive method for securing the presence of respondent no.1 and therefore court directed to registry to issue bailable warrants in the amount of rs.20000 to be executed by the SSP Srinagar
Besides the principal secretary to the government of Jammu and kashmir Higher Education Department was Directed to address the issue for final settlement pertaining to academic arrangement candidates in terms of order passed on 2nd may 2022 by the Hon,ble supreme court of india in the proceeding arising out of the claim .
Still the Higher Education Department did not resolve the issue and were playing with the court orders.
