In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution section 15 of the Jammu and Kashmir service provision act 2010 the lt. Governor is pleased to direct that rule 7 of sub rule 14 service provision act omitted
Similarly for the appointment of class sub rule 7 recruitment act shall also be omitted.
Sub Rule 7 Of 14 Service Act
This mentions that 25% Candidates shall have to remain waiting list in any Government Recruitment after selection whenever any candidate not joined after selection the recruitment board called to other candidate for appointment who were in the waiting list now this Rule has been omitted by the order of lt. Governor of jammu and Kashmir.
