Jkssb FAA Court Case Update | Case Has Been Listed For Hearing Again In Division Bench Tribunal
The Jammu and Kashmir Ut Central Administrative tribunal Srinagar has listed finance department case for hearing in the upcoming week on 07-10-2023 The case is related to Finance Accounts Assistant notification of jammu and Kashmir service selection board.
The jkssb Aspirants who are preparing for different notifications of jammu and Kashmir service selection board want early disposal of all pending cases lying in the tribunal associated with some of the Recruitment notifications consequently the petition O.A No/165/2023 Related to jkssb Finance Notification was advertised in 2021 After the Examination later on irregularities are found the LG Administration framed 3 Member Committee for verification on the basis of submitted Report the Examination got cancelled due to the reason of irregularities. Thereafter some selected candidates approached to the Hon,ble tribunal for justice similarly two petitions were filled by the candidates one in jammu tribunal bench other in cat Bench Srinagar.
The cat Bench Srinagar now again listed this case on 7th October 2023 for next hearing the court also passed directions no further adjournment shall be granted in this case.
