Jkssb FAA court case Update Cat Jammu Listed Case Today For Final Hearing
The Jammu & Kashmir Hon,ble Cat Bench Jammu Has listed the jkssb related court petition against finance accounts Assistant notification today.this case has been filled in October 2022 titled Arun Gupta vs finance department and others this petition is in final hearing mode.Before previous hearing the tribunal has directed to the learned counsel of respondents to file written Statement of facts on behalf respondents no.6 to 25 Mr.Hunar Gupta learned Deputy advocate general submitted that there is no need to file written Statement further. On 25th September the hon,ble court listed the petition for hearing again but due to paucity of time, hearing in this case could not commence and list on it again 19-10-2023
Today the Coram of this petition it will be hear before Justice Sanjeev Gupta in the first half timing after 10:30 AM The Stage of the case is part heard matters for final hearing.
