Jkssb Forest Department Court update
The Jammu and kashmir cat bench srinagar restored the dismissed case of jammu and kashmir service selection board related to forest department Notification . This case was recently dismissed by the cat bench srinagar on the grounds of non appearence of learned counsels but thereafter learned counsel filled MA application and requested court to restore the case again consequently the requested has been accepted by the court and case was restored again and has been listed for next hearing in the month of march 2024 kindly read the court order in this regard.
