The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board had advertised 1200 Posts in the health and Medical Education Department in 2021. The board has done the selections in these posts, Some of the candidates who were already working in the department from many years and had not been Regularised by the Department filled the petition against the department and halt the entire selection Process . Thereafter CAT directed to the service selection board not to issue selection list till the case to be finally decided
Consequently. The Hon,ble CAT Bench Srinagar did consecutive hearing in this month from 19-30 and heard the matter from Both parties and On 30th September 2022 The CAT Bench Finally Reserved the order..
