Pradhan Mantri Kisan Yojna It is the prime minister’s
farmers tribute fund initiative of the government of india .In which scheme all
the farmers will get Rs 6000 equivalent to 6300 per year as the minimum support
.
The yojna was announced by the Piyush Goyal during 2019
interim union budget of india In this
scheme Rs 6000 per year will be paid to each eligible farmer in the three
installments and will be depoisted to the directly the farmers account .
This scheme was launched by the ministry of Agriculture and
farmers welfare established in 1 feb.2019.
Eligibility for kisan
Yojna who are beneficiaries of PM kisan
1.
The land owner must have name in the
governmental database
2.
Aadhaar number , Bank Account Number , and
Mobile number and other details are must
3.
Land record details
4.
All the
farmers irrespective of land holders are eligible
5.
This scheme is central sponsored scheme a person
must be the citizen of india
6.
Location of land does not evaluate if the land
is being used for agricultural purposes.
7.
Micro landholdings are also made eligible .

PM KISAN is a Central Sector
scheme with 100% funding from Government of India
Under the scheme an income support of Rs.6000/-
per year in three equal installments will be provided to small and marginal
farmer families having combined land holding/ownership of up to 2 hectares
Definition of family for the scheme is husband,
wife and minor children.
State Government and UT Administration will
identify the farmer families which are eligible for support as per scheme
guidelines. The fund will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the
beneficiaries.
The first installment for the period 1.12.2018 to
31.03.2019 is to be provided in this financial year itself.
There are various Exclusion Categories for the
scheme.

Exclusions Categories.
The following are the some categories who are
not eligible for the kisan yojna The persons having higher income status shall
not be eligible for benefit under the scheme.
1.
Farmers
and present holders o constitutional posts
2.
Ministers
members of lok sabha or raj sabha , state legislative assemblies , municipal
corporations , former and present chairperson of district panchayats.
3.
All persons who paid income tax in the last
assessment year
4.
Leased
land holders are not eligible
5.
Land that
is used for the purpose of agriculture is not eligible
6.
Professionals
like doctors, engineers , lawyers , chartered accountant’s etc
7.
Retired
pensioners whose’s monthly pension is 10000 Ruppess or more Excluding Multi
tasking staff or class iv group D employees
of the above category.
8.
All serving retired officers central and the
state governmet.
