Srinagar: The Hon,ble High court of jammu and kashmir and ladakh On 30th December while hearing the matter of college contractual lecturers who served the deparment from many years, and have approached to the Hon,ble High court for interim relief regarding the continutation of their services,
Consequently the court Heard the matter in the division bench by Hon,ble Chief justice of high court and hon,ble Justice M,A chowdhary After the petition being heard by the Hon,ble division bench Of Jammu and kashmir High Court Passed an Order in the wp No. 3460, that the petitioners was serving on contractual basis on academic arrangement However the said posts shall not filled by any new candidate if the respondants have need service of any candidate , consequently the service of the petitioners may be engaged. Similarly the court shall again heard this matter in the month of march 2024.
