Jkssb Conduct of Single Examination Combined Graduate Level by the jammu and kashmir service selection board.
The jammu and kashmir service selection board one of the prime recruiting agency of jammu and kashmir undertaking massive recruitments in the fair and transparent manner but due to some circumstances The board has decided to conduct single examination for the all graduate level posts as reffered by intending department to service selection board from time to time .
Since it has observed by the service selection board from past many years that due to multiple holding of various examinations for various posts in different catogeries creates lot of wasting of time and increases the stress level and pain among the aspirtants of jammu and kashmir consequently conducting of multiple examinations throughout the year leads to aspirants psychology depress. Besides separate examination of each posts takes lot of time for the declaration of result and delay of selection process.

Holding separate examination of every different posts reffered by indenting depatment felt lot of pressure on the recruiting body as well as on delay in selection process, taking these things into consideration the board has sent proposal to general administrative department for approval the recommendations. So there is urgent need to examine all possibilities of holding examination in a single type
SSC Examination Pattern
Similiary there are various agencies in india which holding the single examination in all graduate level posts like ssc staff selection commission so the jammu and kashmir service selection board want to follow the same pattern of other Recruiting bodies in order to save the precious time of aspirants as well as of board.
The Proposal which has been forwarded to General administrative department for approval mentions that jkssb grouped all graduate level posts and 10+2 level posts The graduate level posts include Health educator, junior Assistant , junior supervisor, Assistant storekeeper ,deputy suprident , Proof reader, Gallery assistant etc. These are some posts which has been clubbed together for conducting single type examination

As per proposal Prepared by jammu and kashmir service selection board , mentions that there would be two tier examination system objective type and descriptive type in objective type shall comprise
Tier 1
General intelligence 25 marks
Quantative aptitude 25 marks
General awarness 25 Marks
English comprension 20
Basic computer , science ,math statics etc 25 Marks
Total Marks 120
TIRE 2
The tier 2 examination shall be in descripitive nature candidates have to write essay paper writing etc the total marks will be 100.
Fixed calander;
the jammu and kashmir service selection board also sent in proposal to frame a fixed calander so that the aspirants shall know tha all things well in advance including number of vacancies , application form date , examination date , Results date etc it will provide lot of benefits to all the candidates .
Now the jksssb jammu and kashmir service selection board sent this proposal to jk administrative deparment for holding combining graduate level examination in single type for the accord of approval. Now all the jammu and kashmir aspirants waiting for the jkgad order regarding the approval of single common graduate level examination, How this new pattern would be.
