The jammu and kashmir college contractual lecturers Appeal to Hon,ble LG Sinha to resolve their issue
Today a press conference was held at jammu press enclave by the college contractual lecturers who were working in the different colleges in jammu and kashmir on hon,ble court directions , The president of jkccta association Dr. fayaz while addressing in the press Conference said That the higher education department did not implement their court orders from august 2019 onwards. When contempt Petition has been filed in the jammu and kashmir CAT bench Jammu , apropos of the defiance of court orders , The Hon,ble CAT bench Jammu passed directions to frame charges against Higher Education Department ,similarly the Higher Education department filled civil appeal petition in the supreme court of india , on 2-5-2022 The Hon,ble supreme court of india disposed off the petition with the directions that , The Higher education department shall continue the service of college contractual lectures till the final disposal of case in the CAT bench of jammu and kashmir.
Besides the president of jkccta while addressing in press conference He further mentioned that Two months has gone The Hon,ble secretary of higher education department already directed to both Nodal officers to implement the order with letter and sprit ,But still they are failed yet to implement. And in jammu colleges some candidates got the order But the points mentioned in the order were voilative in nature , Besides College contractual lecturers said their families are facing intricate Problems without having Salary from 2019. And Having Massive threat of Starvation.
All the college contractual lecturers who are working on status quo Requested to Hon,ble Lt, Governor shri Manoj sinha sir to intervene in this matter consequently the isssue shall get resolved at the earliest .
